Abstract:
Thesis studied the roadheader’s driven sprocket wheel surface wear failure. It introduced the basic structure and the failure phenomenon of the driven sprocket wheel. It analyzed the reasons of the driven sprocket wheel surface wear failure and the breakage. The paper considering from three aspects of the design, technology and applications to improve the design of the driven sprocket wheel respectively. Given the two driven sprocket wheel structure after improved, it improved the service life of the driven sprocket wheel.
